You Can Have 2 accounts, but if you cheat on these accounts, accounts will be close.

They are allowed if you have a fine reason to have them, for example a blindfold account, in which case it's almost encouraged to have a different account where you play rated blindfold, since playing strength is much different

THE OWNER OF LICHESS HAS HIMSELF SAID THAT 2 ACCOUNTSCAN BE MADE IF ONE IS BOT AND ANOTER PLAYING. MOSTLY SAME APPLIES TO BLINDFOLD.
I have 3,2 of them is bot, one of them is..this!
If u have an ok reason, 2 accounts are TOTALLY FINE ( one of the mods said it in a forum) As long as u dont do bad things e.g. log in to both and let one account farm the other one for rating @RickRenegade
