I'm hosting a "BLITZ STREAK CHALLENGE" with a cash prize + more! Free to join!

Hey everyone! I hope it's ok to post this here - figured many of you might want to know about it.

A site I run, chesspathways.com, is hosting an online "BLITZ STREAK CHALLENGE" over the course of the next month. We're giving away a $25 Amazon Gift Card to whoever amasses the longest online blitz winning streak among our members, and it's totally free to join. More prizes may be added depending on participation.

If you sign up on our site (chesspathways.com), just let me know whenever you achieve a blitz winning streak online of 5 games or more, and I'll add you to our leaderboard! Note that you have to be signed up at our site -before- you achieve the winning streak, so don't miss out! You'll also get a free "Move by Move Guide to Chess Thinking" when you sign up.

A full list of rules is available on request, but the basics are:

-Don't cheat / sandbag / intentionally play games against much lower-rated players for the purpose of the streak. I reserve the right to decline prizes if you do :)

-Your blitz games should be rated and found using the default pairing functionality on a major chess site. Offering a rematch is ok - again, just don't purposefully seek out lower-rated players to build your streak. Respect the spirit of the challenge!

-A single draw won't count as a win for your streak, but it leaves the streak intact. A second draw ends the streak (as you've now dropped a full point!)

Good luck everyone! I look forward to seeing who can get the longest streak.
Since you say "on a major chess site" I wonder:

What is considered a blitz time control?
Is http://judochess.com considered a major chess site? (Not that I could ever pull off a winning streak there, it's just a fun site to play on.)
Is www.chess.com/4-player-chess considered a major chess site? (Ditto.)

@Toadofsky

Thanks for the question. I sent out a full list of rules to our site users a couple days ago. A blitz time control is any time control recognized as "blitz" (not rapid, not bullet) by the major chess site you play on.

No, variants are not included. Variants of chess are not chess - they are separate games. The rules of chess specify the starting squares of each piece, the objective of checkmate, and the turn-by-turn movements of the game.

Thanks for the questions!
@ZionPureinHeart - You don't play your games on chesspathways.com - ChessPathways is simply the community hosting this challenge! Feel free to play your games on any major chess site you want. Let me know if you achieve a blitz winning streak.

Let me know how you liked the free guide, too! Thanks for joining ChessPathways.
Looks like we have a streak of 10 games, from a lichess user! Let's see if anyone can top that :)

@ZionPureinHeart Nice job! Unfortunately I can't count those wins that are against players more than 300 points below you, but it's still a quite impressive streak! Are you signed up for chesspathways.com yet? If so, contact me through there and I'll make a note of your streak!
