How should I play against the Vienna Gambit Setup as Black?

https://i.imgur.com/SP424ol.jpg

Edit: This is just to show the white setup. It starts with 1. e4 e5 and white builds up like this. How can black build up? Is there any system/setup you can use except xf4 or g5? I would like to play Bc5 at some point, but when is it possible and safe enough to do so?
There is something wrong with your diagram: 4 moves for white, 1 move for black
Here is an example
@tpr there is nothing wrong with my diagram, please think before writing. If I would type in the moves for black there would be no point asking what to play as black. Omfg sometimes I question humanity... Thanks for posting your idea but I think white is better there which is something I don't want as black. Even the engine shows +2 for white...
@OnlyBetterNoBlitz Just make a repertoire againt the Vienna. You cannot ask the forums for help, just make a repertoire, choose the line which you like and prepare it!
Sorry, I count 4 white moves and 1 black move, so to reach your diagram black must have played something silly like Nb8-c6-b8. I fail to see your point asking what to play for black after losing two tempi.
@DarkAntart1can I couldn't find a line yet that I like, maybe beginning with Nc6 would suit me, but I don't know how to continue. I think the Vienna Gambit is quite strong like the Queens Gambit. It shares some similarities.
