How To Play Against The 'Chessable Generation'

I am memorizing 234 variations of Nimzo currently using mnemonics via memory palace. I associated an object and an action to each chess square and I use a different person to note each variation.

Judge Judy, the cast of Jackass, the cast of arrested development and my brothers friends from high school travelling through the OKC airport is helping me memorize 25 variations of the Qc2 nimzo if white plays 5. a3 or 5. e4 cold.

How do you find the best model games to study? I've been using the top games on the openings explorer, but I'm not sure that's the best strategy...
