This advice is more for pro/ semi-pro players than for casual ones. As a casual player you don't have time to prepare for chess, let alone sports psychology...

I love this article! I'm a young FM and I'm currently training and playing tournaments and this situation occurs to me a lot during the games. This article inspired me to improve my psicological strength during winning positions and with more experience I hope i will through less points in winning positions!
