Hi. I am an International Master with one GM norm. In 2016 i received the title FIDE Instructor. I have over 10 years experience in teaching. I am teaching and accepting everyone - beginners, children, adults, advanced players ... Especially i like to create personalized training plan so i am waiting for motivated students. I do my best to be professional and i expect the same from others. I own a company as a chess coach based in Poland.

DEAR CHESS FRIENDS,

If the scheduled lesson has not been paid yet ( before the lesson ) , i gladly ask. You to pay at least the deposit ( 20 PLN ) in advance WHILE booking for each scheduled/ rescheduled appointment and later for example after the class the remaining amount. Also i wanted to ask not to delay the payment and to spend one more minute after we found fitting day and time to make the transaction. Without payment the lesson is NOT booked and scheduled time is NOT guaranteed. In this case i have right to let another customer in. I had to do this change because of to many last minute cancellations and no shows on the part of my customers or to many cancellations/ reschedules on the part of one customer. I can understand small delays because of internet issue or traffic but not to keep the scheduled appointment or to schedule and cancel every time is to bad. We should respect the time of each other and other customers. In case of MY schedule mistake, i give 1 hour lesson extra for FREE. Also all those services are personalized digital content not delivered on a tangible medium and NOT refundable so i gladly ask to make a thoughtful choice. In case of no show ( delay over 15 min. without information earlier ) i have right to count the lesson. There is possibility to restore missed lesson, when customer buys some extra lessons.

I have been a couple of times Polish Youth Champion in classic, rapid and blitz.

Classic : 2011 ( Suwałki ), 2012 ( Solina ) , 2014 ( Jastrzębia Góra )
Rapid and blitz : 2013 ( Olsztyn )

Also i took 5th place in Individual Austrian Championship in 2020.
In my opinion my best achievement was ZDMI Open 2018 in Dresden, where i earned a GM norm.

Apart from private lessons i worked in schools and kindergartens with children. I took part in Viennese projects ,,Schachpädagogik in die Schulen '' and ,, Schach m Hort ''. Also i was teaching in the school named ,, Zespół Szkół Menadżer“ in Grudziądz. I worked also for some chess academies, clubs and company Nurtr. I am participant of Chess for Kids Poland www.chessforkids.pl/trenerzy/trenerzy/259_radoslaw-gajek .I leaded YouTube chanel there. Although i am not working in those places anymore and i am sorry but i won't be interested to organize any group lessons for schools and clubs or similar beacause i had bad experiences.

In 2018 i coached ( at that time) the best Thai player FM Kulpruethanon, Thanadon.

I worked in the past with strong grandmasters like for example GM Markus Ragger. I can give You many advices in openings so You will suprise Your opponents after my lessons. Of course i have also good stuff for learning strategy and others. I can give a homework for sure. Basically i have everything. I had also occasion to be a second on some tournaments.

1 single / trial class: ALWAYS : 200 PLN, small discount possible but not more than 40 PLN discount ( compensation in case of mistake included )

5h- 500 PLN
10h - 800 PLN
20h- 1200 PLN
50h- 2500 PLN

DISCOUNT PACKAGE RATES :
negotiable from 50 PLN/ h. ( BUT NOT AS SINGLE CLASS ! ) with possibility for me to reschedule class 2 times in month 24h before planned class latest without compensation for the customer ( also when i have vacation in mentioned month ) . The customer must also pay like in case of regular rates to book the appointment.

subscriptions ( questions and answers correspondence )
1 month : 500 PLN
3 months : 800 PLN
6 month : 1400 PLN
1 year : 2500 PLN
( in case of my vacation subscription price is negotiable or subscription extension is possible )

Installments in case of bigger packages and subscriptions are possible ONLY WITH A CONTRACT but not all variations of installments are acceptable.

max. amount of trial lessons- 2h on basic rate more or less 200 PLN /h ( for example 200 PLN + 200 PLN + remaining amount to get the package )

There is NO deadline for using all hours from the package. You can buy and just use them, when it's convenient.
