My main strengths are analyzing openings in depth, Analyzing own games in depth. Endgame (converting small advantage into full point) .

Improvement in chess is a long process and I generally like to work long-term!

According to student work ethic (strengths & weakness) I give them task to improve systematically.

2. Psychology & being motivated is very important for a chess player. I will do my best to help you in these two aspects.
