WFM Petra Kejzar

Hello! My name is Petra Kejžar, and I come from Slovenia. I am 28 years old.

I started playing chess at the end of primary school because my brothers inspired me to play. I fell in love with the game and have been playing actively since then. I have participated in many national and international tournaments. In 2022, I won the National Women's Championship of Slovenia.

About seven years ago, I decided to try my hand at being a chess coach, as I also have a pedagogical education. During the 2018/19 year, I worked at the Dubai Chess and Culture Club. After that, I transitioned to online coaching. My students have varied in age and skill level, ranging from beginners to rated players (up to 1850).

I specialized in educational studies during my academic pursuits.

I prefere more positional play, although I like to attack as well given the possibility.

My lessons are structured and tailored to accommodate each student's unique level of skill and individual playing style, ensuring effective and personalized learning experiences for all.
