Teaching experience

I am incredibly proud to share the most remarkable achievements of my students, whose dedication and hard work have truly paid off. Here are some milestones and successes:

IM Alexakis Dimitris (born 2003):
Dimitris and I started lessons in September of 2012 where he had about 1400 fide rating and we stopped at the end of 2019 when he reached 2468. Throughout this process, he had many distinctions and several first positions at the Greek nationals championships.
His progress has been impressive and instrumental in his chess journey.

Spyropoulos Nikolaos (born 2004): Nikolas and I started the lessons in September of 2013, where he had an average rating of about 1600 and we stopped in September 2019, where he already had surpassed the 2400 barrier.
He had several important distinctions in the national championships, such as first place, but his most important distinction was the tie for 3rd place (5th place after the removal of the tie) in the world championship under 14 years old, in 2018, in Halkidiki.
His commitment to improvement was evident in his consistent performance.

Also, every year, many of my students get medals in the Greek individual youth championships.

These accomplishments are a testament to their hard work and the collaborative efforts of our training sessions. It is a privilege to be part of their chess journey and to witness their growth and success. Congratulations to all my students for their outstanding achievements!
