The Påskturneringen 2023 is an 8-round open Swiss tournament in Norrköping, Sweden, and part of the Swedish Grand Prix 2022/2023.

Time control for rounds 1-2 is 15 minutes with a 5-second increment beginning from move one. Time control for rounds 3-8 is 90 minutes for 40 moves + 30 minutes for the rest of the game with a 30-second increment beginning from move one.

The games will be transmitted with a 15-minute delay.
