The fourth leg of the FIDE Women's Grand Prix will take place from the 16th to the 28th of May in Nicosia, Cyprus as a 12-player round-robin. Participants will be vying to clinch a spot in the next Women's Candidates Tournament, by finishing in the top two (2) places across the four legs. This cycle's edition will feature 18 players.

The time control is 90 minutes for 40 moves, followed by 30 minutes for the rest of the game, with a 30-second increment starting from move 1.
