Black uses deflection, decoy, and a sacrifice to take advantage of White's loose pieces. Even though the first deflection on a2 was just a test, the way the rook moves back to a8 and (potentially) to h1 for a second deflection is something unique, along with the king moving to clear the back rank for the rook to get to the h-file.
