A few of my games with high rated players...

With players with the highest ratings, the high rating is an obstacle, as they have the psychological advantage completely on their side, provided that this impresses one. You know I am dealing with someone who has a high probability of winning. One mistake and the game is over. Often an advantage from a pawn is enough for them and you can give up the game. It is seldom possible to keep up against highly rated players. They very rarely make mistakes, and if you play common openings you can be sure that they know them down to the last detail. What struck me, however, are some arguments as to how you can at least keep up with them for a long time.
1.) Choose a solid opening that you know
2.) make sure that you quickly realize the essential opening rules
a.) fast Castling
b.) a meaningful structure of effects of your characters
c.) choose openings that deviate from the theory, but which you know well
d.) Don't let yourself be constrained, because they try very quickly to build an effective structure against you, which mats your king, so they fight for speed and space.

3.) Profit method
a.) a solid defense with potential for aggression.
b.) you have to lurk a little when they attack you, because then you may have a chance to turn the game around ..
c.) you have nothing to lose because your rating is far below theirs, they are forced to confirm themselves
d.) When it comes to time, which is important with bullet and lightning, it can sometimes be the case that this argument is also decisive, i.e. you are in a bad position, but time speaks for you ... then it is legitimate to try this way too, after all Stockfish doesn't give up either, certainly fair players do this, after all we are human beings, but it is not mandatory that you do this, I decide that at random, sometimes I give up, sometimes I play it out. .. I often gave up too early or accidentally pressed the surrender button instead of accepting a draw.

here it goes into the danish gambit, but finaly his king got mated cause of another gambit..
Game with CM vovaches i won, by mate, his rating is closed to 2500...
Game with IM lokiy47 in Chess960, i won by time and position i played him 7 times, but this one i won...
Game with FM chessmathmunich he has an actuell rating over 2400 and i won by time

a few of other games vs high rated i do lose but it is not a shame, cause their ratings are far away from normal players:
Game with Arka50 top 10 in Blitz and Bullet, i dont saw the winning chance for me

Game with Lance550 he played perfect i played good, rating 2549

Game with Britta Bagels, the opening was equal in the middle game there comes the blame she played good and i played good but than ..her rating over 2800

Game with IM Opperwezen, he played perfect and i good..Three Check.. he is a very good player often in the top 10..

FM jonashacker1 here i had a chance in the middle game..his rating is over 2500

Fritzi_2003 his rating is over 2700, here at move 17 was my chance i dont see it..

CM and GM Dmitry Rostovtsev a very good player, here it was 1min Bullet, in fact too fast to play against such opponents, but it was a good duell..he played it perfect ,,,

Game with NM Insterburg Here i missed my winning chance at move 15..
