Chess awards from my childhood
Thank you, mom and dadMy father taught me to play chess when I was around 3-4 y.o. By then he was already strong chess player. But he wanted to systematize my chess theory training so he has read a lot of theory chess books before my studying was started. I was good enough at playing in the beginning. I easily learned the chess theory and then I went to my first chess school. It wasn't a full-fledged chess school to be honest. It was smth like evening chess section. But that section has become the place when I started to play my first tournaments. And that local tournaments was successful for me. I was noticed by the coach Rusakov Michail Ivanovich, he started to invite me to district competitions (he was (and still !!!) the chess competitions organizer and tournament judge). That man is an incredible person who loves chess and enjoys teaching children. I have won the district tornament, that was a big achievement for me. I joined the Tigran Petrosyan Chess Club at the same time. There was o lot of great chess teachers and many official Moscow tournaments every month. I have get my FIDE ranking number and the second-class junior sportsman rank (russian sports classification).
My mother and my father were after me all the time. Thank you, mom and dad.
