Chess is the best training to prolong cognitive flexibility. I was University chess master and teached chess at a ground school class for one year which was fun. I participated in several foreign tournaments in Ronda, Pardubice and with Jörg Hickel on different cruise ships. Once I played Remis against Vlastimil Hort in a 40-player Simultan.
