Flood in seoul

We had rain since 1p.m.(in Seoul) and it keeps raining. Half the roads in Seoul are blocked and the whether forecast says that it won't stop raining until tomorrow. I need to go to my private institute tomorrow to study English. I'm quite worried that the building in which my private institute might be flooded by tomorrow. We might suffer blackout and may not be able to play chess for a month or so. Please note that I do not welcome messages from Americans(as they call themselves that way).
