Hi, this is MrBeast Chess N' Fun. I want to share a story which I myself have written: "It's Not Always Your Fault"

It's Not Always Your Fault!

A SHORT STORY BY MRBEASTCHESSNFUN

I was walking down from school towards my home. I noticed a vase placed right before someone's door, as a showpiece. A thought struck my mind; why wouldn't I gently try to touch it! It seemed very attractive. I gently touched it at the same time when nature played it's tricks.

A mighty gust of wind helped the poor vase to come crashing on the ground. This commotion alerted the person whom it belonged to, and smashed open the door. Unfortunately, I was right there, staring at the broken vase and in disbelief of what's happening.

Looking at my nervous face, the owner directly blamed ME for breaking HIS antique vase, not knowing about the situation I was entangled in. I had to pay almost half of MY pocket money to HIM for compensation.

This leads to the question: Was it my fault? No!

As I continued walking, a person walking with a cute little dog caught my attention. I was tempted by the adorable looks of the dog, and I had a strong desire to hold him in my arms. As soon as I approached the dog-owner, the dog started barking without taking a break to breath. He must already have sensed danger!

After taking permission, I lifted the cutie-pie up. A couple of seconds later, an ear-deafening honk of a truck terrified me, the dog, and the owner as well. The dog smashed the ground, the owner lost his senses and I was UNAWARE because I was still recovering from the shock of the honk. Poor unlucky dog, he was injured! But, luck wasn't on my side either. Well, that's the end of my pocket money, as I HAD to give it for the treatment of the dog.

This again leads to the question: Was it MY fault? No!

I STRAIGHTAWAY ran home to avoid any other misfortune, only to know I had failed my exam, for which I studied day and night. My parents took a look at the test, with a big “F” at the bottom, unaware that there was a kid in my class with the same NAME, and he had forgotten to write his SURNAME. While scolding ME, a call from my teacher made everyone feel pity on me. I had actually topped the class!
