Methods to prevent checkmate
1. Do good openings-This sub topic has many steps.
Step 1. -Control the centre 1/4 with a pawn so you get many pieces to play.
Step 2. -protect the pawn with a knight or a bishop(note if you are black side and your opponent plays the king pawn/the notation and you want to play the queen pawn first use the knight to protect the pawn).
Step 3. -use the bishop, knight or the pawns for trading equal amount.(note do not trade the high point's pieces like queen and rook at the starting as they can be use for for the end/ checkmate).
Step 4. -after trading go for pawn hunting.
2. Do pawn promotions
Step 1. -Support the pawn if any piece is attacking it.
Step 2. -go and if your pawn to the end and if you are attack on please take the less point piece.
