Magic Move Mondays- new to Lichess

Keen observers have spotted an exciting addition to Lichess' Source Code in recent days.

Lichess now includes a secret weekly magic move. Each Monday, a random move will be selected by a specially created robot "Thi-bot".

For 24 hours, anyone playing said move will trigger a blast of colourful confetti to fill your screen for a few seconds, and a "flapping wings" animated icon to appear next to your name for the rest of the week.

It's believed that this will be the first of a series of alliterative daily features, and will be followed by Treacherous Takeback Tuesdays, Fantasy FIDE Fridays and Spectacular Stalemate Sunday
