What are the Best Chess Openings?

Hi @Avetik_ChessMood. I was thinking, is the Leningrad Dutch an agressive opening?? I usually win with it (Fingers Crossed) in a really nice attacking style. Like h6, g5, f4, and perhaps a Knight sacrifice on h2. And also, what are the main/superior goals of this opening?? I consider in as a delayed KID but it helps me confuse my London playing opponents(2...f5) . Thanks for your time, please respond if you have an answer!!

Hello Sir I Am a 1176 Fide Rated Player and also a state U 13 3 rd place holder
I Would Like to know rare and solid openings for both colours which would not be prepared by our opponents
As for example "is Petroff good" and reasoning when it is good is give. Actually there further case. if you are below 2000 or so ot does not matter if you are happy with draw or not. The player with white does not know the lines forcing the draw nor he would know the refutations for deviating those lines. amongst us patzers there is no such opening as "drawish". Both players will be out of book before move 10 anyway
