Troon Chess Club extends a warm welcome to all irrespective of ability and age. This is reflected in the diverse club competitions aimed at encouraging friendly opposition. There are three teams playing in the three divisions of the Ayrshire Chess League

The Railway and Transport Workers Club offers a relaxing social atmosphere where serious chess is fought out in the function room on the first floor while the laughter and tears are shared in the main bar

We also have a junior teaching club from September to March
