They are tokens which can be used to purchase items from TBT shop
But when you buy a thing you lose your tokens.

How to collect them?
1)Playing in ANY team battle sended by the team leader: have to come top 7 in our team (TBT = TOTAL NUMBER OF POINTS) or 8th-15th place (TBT = 1/2 TOTAL NUMBER OF POINTS)
2) Playing in inner-team tournaments (TBT = Can be any: your number of points.)
3) Writing in your profile to join our team :) (20 TBT)
4) Inviting people to join team (TBT CCP 1 person, 50 TBT if titled player)
