Joining in this Team should be a legitimate Waray-waray, Leyte Bisayan speaker, or has been atleast one year resident in Eastern Visayas region. You can speak any language in this team and each member should have atleast one proof of residency or have known a person who knows very much about you within chess circles in Eastern Visayas who can tell your legitimacy for this team. Otherwise you should be kicked out from the team.
