Life is like a game of chess. To win you have to make a move. Knowing which move to make comes with insight and knowledge, and by learning the lessons that are accumulated along the way. We become each and every piece within the game called life.” Life is like a chess game, it requires patience and strategy. It also requires the thoughtful moving of many pieces and sometimes the sacrifice of a knight or a rook or a pawn to move us further along in the game. The chess piece we lose can represent a part of us, a relationship with someone or something, a behavior, a thought pattern, or perhaps a belief system that no longer serves us. A chess piece can represent strength and power.
