For total beginners, intermediate players and relaxed champs. The emphasis is on having a laugh, sharing knowledge and trying to improve our play of this brilliant game in a warm, friendly atmosphere. Some chess clubs are quite formal – we’re not!

P.S. the "warm, friendly atmosphere" described above is actually somewhat seasonal, so for the winter months we have decided to relocate closer to the wood burner in The Antelope, in Hazelbury Bryan.
