*TIME CONTROL :-15 MINUTES + 5 SECOND INCREMENT.
*INTERVAL BETWEEN ROUNDS 5 MINUTES.
*ELIGIBILITY:- EAST SINGHBHUM DISTRICT CHESS PLAYERS ONLY.

::::::::::Tournament Rules and Regulations::::::::::
1.The tournament will be conducted based on Swiss League System of Lichess.Org. All players should
download the Lichess App from the Google Play Store and register their email id and user id with their
own name.
2.Time control 15 Minutes + 5 Second Increment.
3.Tie Break-asper auto system of software.
4.All the games will be monitored by the organizers/moderators/Chief Arbiter. If any player is found using computer assistance or any other unfair means, she will be immediately disqualified.
5.During the game, if anyone's Lichess ID is blocked/closed/violated, then He/she will not be eligible for the prize. Your ID should not be blocked/closed/violated even after the final round and before the final prize list is displayed.
6.During the game, if for any reason your Lichess ID is blocked/closed/violated the Chief Arbiter/Organizer will not be responsible and you will not be allowed to continue to play the tournament using a second Lichess ID.
7.All the participants, kindly go through the Lichess TOS before the tournament.
8.Organisers will not be responsible for Lichess server failure or poor internet connectivity.
9.Organising Committee has the right to accept or reject any entry without showing any reason.
10.Tournament link will be activated 30 minutes before the tournament. You must join the tournament before it starts.
11.No phone calls / messages will be entertained during the tournament.
12.Final results will be announced after completion of the event.
13.The Chief Arbiter’s decision will be final.
