The explanations and rules:
§ Everyone plays against everyone twice. Once with white and once with black.
§ All games will run simultaneously, i.e. in parallel.
§ The time control is 14 days and the games are rated.
§ Chess-engine help is of course prohibited.
§ The player with the white pieces has the duty to send a challenge to his opponent.
§ Every time a game has ended, it must be reported to the tournament director.
§ The links of the games must be submitted to the tournament director so that the games count and so that they can be integrated into an overview. White has to send the links, black can send them also if wanted to check twice.
§ A game not started wins black. So, white can already send the link of the challenge to the director.
§ All games must be started by 1st of November 2023 and must be completed in August 2024.
§ The count is made as a ranking. For every win there are 2 points and for every draw 1 point.
§ Draw offers can be sent at any time of the game.
