This fundraising tournament is for the UE Chess Team student-athletes, who just recently lost their athletic scholarship because of the lack of university budget because of this pandemic. The fund that will be collected in this tournament will be donated to help them enroll and to lessen their burden in paying their tuition fees.
“Having someone to help you doesn’t mean that you failed. It just means that you’re not alone.” Be part of our journey as we, the UE CHESS team overcome these trying times.
So come and join this fundraising tournament!
WHEN: AUGUST 22, 2021, Sunday
TIME: 7PM
TOURNAMENT FORMAT: 3 mins + 0 increment, 15 rounds swiss system
How to register:

1. Pay the registration fee of ₱50 through GCASH # 09454855886 (Bin Ali Ali)
2. Comment your FULL NAME, LICHESS USERNAME, AGE and CATEGORY if you are fit into any. Attach the SCREENSHOT of your payment in the comment section.
3. Join the team in Lichess and if your request is accepted, then you can join the tournament.

   1st - ₱500
   2nd - ₱400
   3rd - ₱300
   4th - ₱200
   5th - ₱150
   6th to 10th - ₱100
   Lucky 20th, 40th, 60th, 80th, 100th - ₱100 each
   Top Elementary - ₱100
   Top High school - ₱100

   Top PWD - ₱100
