All are allowed to bring their rated friends to collaborate.
Training games will be played every week. (Preferably weekends)
Practice tournaments anyone can conduct after discussing the time and date with the group. (It may or may not have entry fees and cash prizes too it's up to the one who wants to organize.)
Keep on playing tournaments at least for a year to achieve a Targeted rating.
Discuss games, ideas, strategy, and game analysis, random QAs are allowed.
Sharing Chess-related memes, information, and knowledge is allowed.
Everyone can suggest, add, or amend any changes if they wish.
On birthdays every other member of this group can gift physical chess books to his/her address. (After discussing in the group to avoid the same book gifting to the same person).
Complete reading and understanding those books are mandatory too.
Daily puzzles can be shared by anyone and display the answers after 24 hours.
