Breaking the 1400 Mark

Hiya! Everyone and anyone is welcome, this team is a cooperative and enthusiastic one which has the aim to help all those who wish to improve their chess from the 1300 rating to 1400, i am one of those and am more than willing to help those below that too! I'd be appreciative to higher ratings if they could join and help me and others get our goal by teaching us what they know!
