1. Open to chessplayer kiddies U12 with or without title from Rizal, NCR, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
2. Rate of play will be 10 Minutes plus 5 Seconds Increment.
3. Eight (8) Qualifiers per leg for the Semi Finals on October 2021
