960 Patient Opponents Lobby (1300-1700)

Sometimes a Rapid (e.g. 10+10) player likes to play Chess960.

but there is a big problem :
Waiting several minutes in lobby and at the end, pairing with 1500? player!
that is why i created this team.

The ultimate goal is organizing 24/7 rating-limited tournaments,
they aren't really tournament; actually an alternative to the lobby!!
That means, whenever you want to play a bit longer 960 game with opponent close to your rating, Everything is ready!

however, it is obvious that 24/7 requires the team to reach an acceptable number of members.
So, Invite any of your friends who meet the following 2 conditions to our team :

• 1300 < 960 rating < 1700
• likes to play game with at least 10 min initial time OR game with long increment time

And also,
if 10+10, for example, is too long for you,
or you are not interested in 960 variant,
DON'T join, please!!

Suggestion on Challenge Teammates

Besides tournaments, our gathering in this team has other benefits. for example, you will have more friends to challenge in longer 960 games!
BUT,
the key point is to not annoy others by sending challenges repeatedly !!

Here's my suggestion :
During the time you are ready to accept a challenge, change your Flair to crossed-swords :)

With this method, as the sender, you also know to whom the sending challenge has a high chance to be accepted.

For those who are not familiar with tournament :

1. click on join
2. click on pause (withdraw in android app) when you don't want to play
3. click on resume and stay in tournament page when you want to play (you will automatically be paired)

You probably won't be present for most of the tournament time,
no problem, just remember to press pause!
WHENEVER you want, come back and play.

What are Team Battles?

I don't create them and only announce them in our team page.
They are the same as normal tournaments with one difference, that when you join, you have to choose a team (for example "960 Patient Opponents Lobby") and as a result, you will not play against your teammates.
So it can be said that you will face more opponents, but probably the difference between ratings will be more.
