Now we have reward system started. you can trade your points for leadership or other prizes. be sure to gain points. here are the points system -
250 points - leader for 1 day
300 points - leader for 2 days
350 to 500 points - leader for 3 days
500 to 800 points - leader for 4 days
800 to 1300 points - leader for 5 days
1300 to 1600 points - leader for 6 days
1600 to 2000 points - leader for 1 week
2000 to 3000 points - leader for 2 weeks
3000 to 4000 points - leader for 3 weeks
4000 to 5000 points - leader for 1 month (if february, you get another week in march)

250 points - create 1 tournament
300 points - create 2 tournaments
350 to 500 points - create 3 tournaments
500 to 800 points - create 4 tournaments
800 to 1300 points - create 5 tournaments
1300 to 1600 points - create 6 tournaments
1600 to 2000 points - create 7 tournaments
2000 to 3000 points - create 8 tournaments
3000 to 4000 points - create 9 tournaments
4000 to 5000 points - create 10 tournaments (if december 13th, create 11 tournaments)

ways to earn points -

1. invite 1 - 5 people : 20 points
   invite 6 - 12 people : 30 points
   invite 13 - 20 people : 40 points
   invite 21 - 40 people : 50 points
   invite 41 - 70 people : 60 points (if december, 80 points)
   invite 71 - 100 people : 75 points
   invite 101 - 145 people : 90 points
   invite 146 - 200 people : 100 points (if december 19th, 150 points)
