Candidates and WC dates will be decided later. I hope to host the WC IRL!

When you say you will host it IRL does that mean you will stream it?

No, I mean JannLee and his challenger will play in a live location on two computers.

So aren't these last two rounds unnecessary?

Good spot Vempele. This will be finished June 3rd if the schedule is kept.

This schedule is not being kept because the 64 players in the round 2 elimination bracket have not been officially finalised so despite there being almost 100 people left in the CWC only one match has been played in the last week.

Elimination Bracket
Round 2: 64 players (April 16 – April 22)

Moreover, the results of this are needed for next week's round 3.

Given that four of the candidates will come from the elimination bracket, this is not ideal.

Perhaps the schedule could be put back a week and the draw updated more promptly in future. We will still finish then by June 10th.
