Good catch: 16 hxg4 hxg4 17. Nd2 Qh4 18. f3 is a very nasty line, though another option would be 16. hxg4 hxg4 17. Nxe5 dxe5 18. Bxg4 Qh4 19. Bh3 and you're up a pawn.
