I wouldn't say that's a positional blunder, that is most definitely a tactical blunder. I make these mistakes the time too, sadly...

@kokkko normally I would agree with you but some of the stuff regium has done is unquestionably misleading and wrong. Even if they have a good product, an organization should not threaten to sue liche…
