zero points awarded for a draw in a tourney (hourly anti)

Just completed, and the standings are irrelevant. Id have finished the same place, but in my most recent game which counted for the standings before time ran out on the tourney itself, I played kervero to a draw, and received 0 points for it. Seems buggy? Never seen it before. This is the game, in case it matters:

This is a new rule, look at the bottom of the Lichess Arena Tournament FAQ here: lichess.org/tournament/help?system=arena

"Draw streaks: When a player has consecutive draws in an arena, only the first draw will result in a point, or draws lasting more than 30 moves. The draw streak can only be broken by a win, not a loss or a draw."

In this case, it was your second draw, and it was less than 30 moves, so you got no points.
