Claim Victory Option Needs a Simple Upgrade

Clear rage or spite quitters (not those who disconnect ) and worse yet the ones who time down in a classical or even rapid, I've reported some but the site usually takes note via the small printed warning in the chat, so I'm not sure how reporting such behavior makes a difference I just just block them now.
#9 Interesting... I'll take a look at Lichess' game download API and see if I can find time usage versus evaluation patterns.
There is a current experience ongoing to combat ragequits. Hopefully it will prove fruitful.
@IMlovlas

You just put smiles on a lot of faces.

If I may ask, should players report this behavior if the "warning" in the chat appears or does the warning complete the task?
So you want every game to be followed and evaluated live by an engine just so you can save yourself 10 seconds?

Sure, because that doesn't sound at all like a massive waste of resources for the site...
How about doubling the points of rating lost for players with a game completion of less than 75% when they "rage quit" Seems like they would get the message that clicking resign is a better option. If they are truly disconnecting let them appeal with an analysis showing something other than an obvious losing position.

Are these players actually banned for some time period, or is it a toothless warning?

If they are actually banned making the time period dependent on the game completion percentage would be another solution.
How about forcing ragequitters to wait for an extra minute or two to claim the win when their opponents run out of time?
Or take the time they wasted off of the starting clock of there next game :)
