Android app issue: "swipe back" gesture throws me out of the game

Hello dear Lichess developers!

First off, thank you thank you for your devoted work!!

but... there is one thing that really bothers me.
I enjoy playing lichess on my android phone a lot.
Now, some time ago I set up "swipe to go back" in my android UI because it is really much more convenient than to have to click on back software button on the bottom on the screen.

However, with swipe gestures enabled, this brings problems in lichess app. Apparently, when I move pieces that are on the edge of the board, lichess app registers this as "back" button and throws me out to my last played game. Until I manage to get back to my current game, I lose at least 5 seconds... In bullet games this is a lost game in most cases...

Since there are over 5 million downloads of lichess, I suppose there's lots of active players who use modern android system that support swipe function, and I am sure they all are experiencing the same issue here...

Of course, one "solution" is to go to system settings and disable swipe gestures each time before I start lichess and reenable it again after exiting. But that's not really a solution, right?

I would be very grateful if you could disable this function altogether or maybe find some other solution?

Many thanks,
Emil
This bites me all the time. I've just lost a bullet match for exactly this reason.
There's no other "solution'. Apps and web pages are unable to ignore swipes. You'll have to go back to navigation buttons. Or tap to move. Or make the board smaller so you're not swiping from the edge over the board.
