lichess.org/3MWpnBcWQpfXI want my points back as well. Never appeared any move of my opponent while I was online, and I ran out of time whitout noticing it, I was even winning.
Here the game of my complain. I'm very angry actually.
Do not start a new game when the orange server will restart warning appears bottom left.
If the server restarts during your game, then after the server restart refresh the page with CTRL F5.
The problem is that the board and the clacks are local on your computer, so the last move is not transmitted and both players are waiting for the other to move.
