Loosing minutes, clock does not switch over after a move is made

When I make a move my clock still ticking while waiting for my opponent to make his/her move. Loosing several game just because of stupid clock does not switch over, and I running out of time. Can any body in lichess fix this problem or is it that some one smart enough to hijacking the clock. I noticed my opponent after 20 move still had over 5 minutes in 5 minutes game while I am down to 3 minutes. How could this be? Give us a go, and let have a fair game, not for kicks.
Something wonky was definitely going on with the server this past hour (maybe more), it doesn't seem to be affecting everybody, but it isn't isolated either.
My ping was ~180, server ping ~3, and I would get a reconnecting message at the top for 30+ seconds. lost 2 minutes in a 3+2 game through this intermittent but nearly continuous disconnection. All other websites are functioning just fine. Friend 500+ miles away experienced the same issue while i spectated, and his opponent was disconnecting for extended periods of time as well.
I just lost two minutes and 30 second loosing a game on time out.
The funny thing is that, this always happens when I am going to win the game and my opponent is high rated than I. I am getting suspicious someone is doing it. I lost about thirty games because of this problem that I could had won.
