The weird tournament

It says its name is Hourly Classical Arena, but the time control is Rapid.
is it a bug? or in that time 10+0 is classical?

Thats 2017. At that time, classical was rapid only. It only recently got broken down into rapid. Reminds me of a blog I'd seen earlier about this. So 10 min was classical at that time.
