i think this must be implemented once for all users
This should never be implemented. You play an opponent, they change their username, then you search for the game and never find it. Chess.com has this issue.
A note here;
If you have deleted old accounts , you can still find these games in the Search dialog. You can analyze these games , study them , download PGN , etc. The stats of deleted accounts , however , have been lost.

If something can be abused, it will be abused. I don't see this being implemented for that reason alone.
