Being verbally abused during a game

Recently I played a game where my opponent wrote five nasty comments during game play. As soon as I saw the first one, I switched to the Notes tab. When he/she blundered and resigned, I switched back and saw they had been continuing to heckle and berate during the game.

I couldn't find an email address to contact about this, and surely the community would be interested in such behavior. I took a screenshot, have the URL of the game and would like to advocate on my own behalf towards preventing this kind of abuse in the future.

I greatly value this online community and will not sit quietly and take no action as I have in the past. Please advise the proper course of action.
