En Passant in Horde maybe not working properly?

When playing horde i reached a position, where my opponent moved his 1st row pawn two squares and one of my pawns was able to capture en passant, though there was no option to do so.
Here's a PGN describing the situation:

1. f6 gxf6 2. f5 fxg5 3. f4 gxf4 4. f3 fxg3 5. f4 e6 6. f3

If the Pawn starts on the second row, en passant would work:

[Variant "Horde"]

1. f6 gxf6 2. f5 fxg5 3. e5 e6 4. f4 exf5 5. fxg5 fxg4 6. f4 gxf3

it explicitely says: Pawns of the Pieces may not capture Pawns on the first rank that have moved two squares as it is not a valid en passant capture.
