I love the Lichess realtime replay feature, because in the post-covid world where chess has become an esport it allows you to do "live" replays the way you can with other games like Starcraft 2, etc.
One thing that's missing from it fully feeling like a live replay is the clock ticking down between moves -- right now you see the clock time before and after the move was played. (e.g. you see "5:24" on the clock, 15 seconds elapse and then a move is played and you see "5:09" on the clock immediately after).
Since the timestamps are already recorded for every move, this would hopefully be a relatively simple update on the frontend to have the clock tick down each second until the next move is played.
