I ate my own king

In my blitz game a bug happened and I wasn't able to castle because my king froze so I moved other pieces, and I ate my own king with knight on e8, I took a screen shot of the position but I cant send it in this message, I continued to play without a king and lost the game because I didnt know if my king did castle or not, my rok also stayed at h8. after the game ended i looked game from move 1 and it showed that computer accepted castling, but didnt show it on my screen, can some admin contact me so I send him screenshot as a proof and do I get my points back?

Your buggy browser, poor internet connection along with your outdated computer specs caused this error. Your points are gone for good. If you refreshed your page, you would see all your pieces but you didn't and continued to play. May be next time.

in the game link everything is good, it shows everything like I castled, but while I was playing game, I wasnt able to move my king or rook, and I even put a knight on e8 where my king was and eat it, I took a screenshot I can send on e-mail of administrator because I cant put it in this message
