As the "people's champion" of Crazyhouse, I also fully support JKiller's inclusion in the tournament. He's a historic figure in Bug and Zhouse, and is clearly among the top five or top three players alive today.
Frankly, this tournament wouldn't exist if not for Fischy's relentless support of our community (although huge shout out to everyone in the House Discord for all they do for the game and this tournament), so I support anything he feels would improve the competitiveness of the tournament.
Real shame about HighContrast. Hope he's learned his lesson and can return to the scene soon. He was a great player in his own right.

We should talk about the introduction of luft into the candidates.. Hes a quality player who was eliminated by highcontrast himself. I feel its unfair.
He's been moved to the winners bracket vs Tcubes. Winner of that plays against me. Winner of that makes the candidates.
This seems rather recent news. I'm a little bit in shock almost (well, not really, let's hope, zh is just a silly little hobby for me after all). I do hope HC was given some time to respond if he chooses to (obviously, he's not obliged to comment), before he was kicked out of the tournament.
Maybe everyone else knows more than I do, but I'm almost a bit surprised that no one else has said anything along these lines, especially when this is viewed against the background of a perhaps similar case in the past, which led to a huge outburst (this was before I was around, but one can still enjoy everything on the web). After a random sampling of some of HC's games, including the match against luft, which I also watched live without having a reaction, the evidence does not look overwhelming to me, though I'm of course not making any claims one way or the other.
