Should I report people timing out or leaving games without resigning?

We read such reports, and care about them. But in most cases, we are already aware and have taken appropriate* steps. E.g. if you see an automated warning in chat, we already know and adding a report will be unlikely to lead to anything more.

* appropriate by the current standards of the moderation team.
@desillusionist If you time out you are not saved, you lose instead on time. Also, this position is not a losing position. It's materially even and not something that a simple automatic scan should react to. Typically the games where somebody leave is "lost" positions, for example when they are a queen down.
@Youcandothis Yes it's not losing but believe it or not, white gave up in this position becaus he couldnt find anything against Qf1+. Yes of course Stockfish sees everything and says material is even. So either you re saying you would have found something (just any move) or the person who seeks after a saving move and does not find any should be banned becaus he did not make any?
It does not matter if the position is lost or not, the person who plays should have the right to analyze it. It's always easy to say afterwards "the position was lost, I checked it with Stockfish".

edit: in this position black has 2 rooks and is ready to give a check and promote the queen to mate white, why should it be not allowed to use some time here? lichess.org/analysis/2kr4/ppp3Pp/4RP1B/2r5/5P2/8/PP1p3P/3K4_w_-_-_0_1#0
@Youcandothis
the people already lost the game and rating when they leave or time out
why make their lives even harder with a report
lichess will deal with them
