Guys this incident happened about 2 week ago. At that times I was good at ultrabullet and the connection bar was 3-4 bars. But now I rarely have those, now I have decent or poor connection.But on the other sites I have the same experience.And my ping at the Google meet site is 20-40. Why is it so? Feel free to post. :)

Maybe try using other browsers.
you can check your lichess ping by clicking on your name at the top right corner, and then see the down part, you can see your ping in lichess, try seeing it and see if its alright or not

I used Microsoft edge, Firefox and vivo browser. But the result is same.

Then this isnt lichess lagging, it's your WIFI that isn't very good. Maybe get that checked out? I think this as you said you have the same problem with google meet. If its not this then try restarting/updating your device.
